For a long time, Virginia took part to pop Italian bands, and in the last few years she approached jazz, studying and graduating in “jazz singing” at the G.B. Martini conservatory in Bologna (Italy).
She is an eclectic artist so she went through different musical styles, such as bossa, portuguese fado and reggae music. In reggae field, for a long time she was one of the two female vocals of an important Italian band called The Gardenhouse, performing concerts around Italy and Europe.
Today Virginia wants to stay anchored to her loved Neapolitan music, for which she is a world-class performer. So, she took part, as lead vocalist, to important series called Naples, dedicated to the Neapolitan music and Virginia had the chance to collaborate with world-class musicians such as the important Italian jazz pianist Teo Ciavarella who played in the second album of the series.
He can sing in Italian, English and of course in Neapolitan.
